Based on an empirical analysis on a sample composed of 392 undergraduate students from Chongqing’s six universities，we find that occupational adaptability can be divided into five dimensionalities，named study and skill adaptability，intercommunicate adaptability，occupational consciousness adaptability and career choose adaptability, environment adaptability. We analyze the differences in occupational adaptability for the different types of students, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the students’ occupational adaptability.
