Recalling economic law research, we find that economic law academics has seriously neglected to explain the law hermeneutics and other traditional research methods, which weakened the interpretation of the theory of economic law As a subdisciplines of Law, the traditional methods such as law hermeneutics should be the main research methods In future, economic law research methods must be diversified, research tools must be integrated, coordinated and research system also must be dynamic, however, the basic and traditional research methods should not be abandoned
