The integration of social culture is an important research issue for both function theory and conflict theory in western sociology. To effectively realize the integration of social culture is the fundamental condition for the continuous and harmonious development of social culture. The openness of contemporary information network leads to the common development of various cultures for the forms of information culture, which greatly meets people's demands for various cultures and promotes the cultural development but increases the difficulties for the integration of mainstream culture. Hence, the construction of advanced culture in China must deal with the relation of "one and more" effectively, and emphasize on the ascendancy of our mainstream culture in promoting the diversification of culture.
