Abstract: With the dramatic development of ecological civilization and ecosystem doctrine, theoretical innovations of natural resources law in China are required. This paper describes the status of natural resources law in China and analyzes its main problems in the context of human and nature harmonious development. According to the actual situation of China’s economy, we present the corresponding perfect measures which help the natural resources legislation go out dilemma in theory.
