    Abstract:

    The development of university follows its own discipline, while the goal is to achieve the harmonious development through a balance of interests in the interior. It may be the foundation to discuss the relationship between the public nature and autonomy of university. The definition of this relevance is a prerequisite to analyze the reality of university education in China. And it’s also the author’s logic of this research.
