Culture takes diverse forms across time and space. This diversity is embodied in the uniqueness and plurality of the identities of the groups and societies that make up humankind. If we look at society from a historical perspective, we realize that protection and preservation of the environment has been integral to the cultural ethos of most human communities. Culture analysis on environmental right has special meaning，it means the legal value and the attitude toward to environmental right that is rooted in historical and cultural context in given society．We must ever be attempting to uncover cultural and practical function of environmental right according to the pattern of life by which it is informed.
