Starting from the orientation, function and performance of the vocational education in the whole economic society of Germany, six distinct characteristics of Germany’s twotrack vocational training system are summarized Furthermore the main different situation between China and Germany are analyzed in construction of those both vocational education systems Finally inspirations of developing vocational education fast during “The Eleventh Five Plan” in China are proposed
