    Abstract:

    Plagiarism is a kind of typical academic corruption. It is not only a violation of academic ethics and academic norms but also a violation of the copyright. The identification standard of academic plagiarism is different from the identification standard of copyright infringement. The Chinese academic community needs to establish and perfect the academic norms and review mechanism of academic plagiarism. The management of academic plagiarism requires the mutual efforts of judicial organizations, academic institutions and administrative agencies.
