At present, some party members and leading cadres are controlled by the expanding desire, forget the code of conduct for party members and cadres, relax outlook on the world’s transformation, lost struggle for the direction of the party’s cause, lost faith in the ideals and serving the people wholeheartedly, bow to the power, money and sex. It is urgent to strengthen the study and education, improve the ideological level, and enhance a sense of public; to establish an effective restraint mechanism, strengthen management, standardize the behavior; adhere to democratic centralism, strengthen supervision, prevent the centralization of power; improve the law and severely punish the desire to enhance the swelling behavior, clean government leading cadres for the cause of socialist construction, and build a culture and a good contingent of cadres.
