Political conflict is an unavoidable social phenomenon which resulted from two kinds of reasons. The first one is ontological reason, include generic demand, material benefit demand, political power demand. The second one is practical reason, include s ocial structure change, government failure, lack of system, difference of political culture. To analysis those actors deeply is very important for the governance of political conflict.
