    Abstract:

    Four national education plannings since the reform and opening up are the main orbit of the major education dicision and educational development strategy in China.Carding and analyzing four national education plannings, we can find some features, such as The Party and the government attaches great importance, content is comprehensive and focused, attention to scientific and standardized,and so on. The influences of China’s national education planing include: creating a way of education development with Chinese characteristics; making great progress all areas of education; accelerating the thought emancipation of the people, and promoting the internationalization of our education. But there are some prolems,such as no enough scientific decision-making procedures,small pace of reform, lack of protection mechanisms and difficult to implement.
