Abstract:In general, there are three development stages of pedagogical academic bulletins: the stage from 1949 to late 1970s is the initial stage of pedagogical academic bulletins; the phase from early 1980s to late 1990s is their difficult moment; and the period since new century is their revival and development stage. They play more and more important roles in academic studies today, although they have some shortcomings and defects in terms of academic norm and influence. We should take effective measures to improve the bulletins’ academic influence, such as, innovation of their management system, promotion of their specialization, and reformation of evaluation system.
