Micro-blog becomes the tool and important platform of community mobilization. The community mobilization costs gradually show zero trend. This article takes the “taking photos at hand to rescue child beggars” as a case, analyzes the five stages of community mobilization in micro-blog , and summarizes the characteristics and the harm of community mobilization in micro-blog. Based on those, the article proposes management countermeasures and suggestions for the community mobilization in micro-blog.
