This paper mainly aims at trying to explore a method of combining the heteronomy mechanism and self-discipline mechanism to the phenomenon of academic corruption in universities. This paper calls to form the inner moral consciousness of the university teachers, and coagulate into a stable academic character in practice through the subject of rational awareness, emotional identity and voluntarily acceptance, thus purify the academic moral ecology, construct “firewall” academic corruption, academic corruption in colleges and universities.
