    Abstract:

    The articel illustrates the development trend of publishing industry under the big data, analyzes challenges that the big data may bring to the publishing industry, and proposes a strategic preparation, namely: first, the publishing house should set up the consciousness of big data; second, in order to establish the data analysis capability, the publishing house should improve the information infrastructure construction; third, enterprise organizational framework adjustment will be help to improve the decision making by big data and execution; and finally, it is necessary to reserve some technical personnel of big data, and develop new publishing talent. Facing with the enormous changes of technology, press can not take full advantage of their own content resource and make economic and social benefits of the double harvest, only be sufficient preparation idea, technology and management.
