The excellent political ecology is the goal of the pursuit of political development. As a platform for political participation in public discourse and expression of public opinion,public sphere plays an important role in promoting the construction of national political ecology. Private consciousness,obedient consciousness and official standard consciousness and other factors seriously restricted the enthusiasm of people's political participation in present China and produced the negative impact on political ecological construction. For this purpose,the party and government should vigorously promote the public political participation consciousness and ability,perfect the public discourse system security and legal protection,take the initiative to open government affairs and actively use public opinion to optimize the political ecology.
