Abstract:The key to the great development of the national social scientific research is to choose good social scientist.The results of empirical research show that:the grade of professional title is highly correlated with the income of scientific researchers,and the salary and income show an "L" change with age; the age of 39 is the last watershed of academic life,and no pain no gain,the formation of the group order pattern of teaching and research workers in universities is also mainly originated from professional title and age.To improve the quality of social science research,the minimum annual salary to social scientists is 210 thousand yuan.In order to break the old system hedge,we need to design a complete set of access,screening and incentive mechanism.The question that the whole research should respond to is how to promote institution and individual development by learning.The key points should be people oriented and career oriented.All kinds of national talent programs have provided a replicable model of talent incentive for colleges and research institutions to plan and prepare for a high level of development.
