    Abstract:

The rise of the third generation internet has formed a platform economy. Platform companies connect users around the world and change the structure of traditional industries. The platform economy has the characteristics of economies of scale, less idle, accurate pricing, and information dynamics. While providing convenience, the platform economy also brings more risks of intellectual property infringement. Existing research has focused on the regulation of platform companies on the liability for compensation after the damage. Due to the insufficient self-regulation of platform companies, the post-regulation model has limitations. In order to avoid the expansion of the risk of internet platforms infringing on intellectual property rights, a combination of post-regulation and pre-regulation, government regulation and platform enterprise autonomy, and law and industry norms are adopted. The model is more scientific.
