    Abstract:

    Team reflexivity mainly was introduced in innovative task teamwork relevant researches. In different studies various measurement scales were developed and conducted, but uniform measurement of team reflexivity is still in discussion. The main antecedents of team reflexivity can be concluded to individual, task and team characteristics. The consequences of team reflexivity would be mainly shown as the influence on team effectiveness, efficiency and innovation. There are also some explorations about the moderating effects of reflexivity on the relationships between outcome interdependence, minority dissent and team outcome variables. Based on previous researches, this paper makes a review and pilots on the trends of research on team reflexivity.
