The problem of the people’s livelihood is eternal human society’s moral demands in relation to national development and social harmony of the most important implication of the complex relationship between social ethics. To build the people’s livelihood and cultural systems with Chinese characteristics of ethicsethics of practical solution to the livelihood issues of the people and to promote the development of academic ethics has important theoretical and academic values. Like the anture of the livelihood of the people the subjects of ethics and research the characteristics of people’s livelihood ethics which revealed the relationship between the need for study of the livelihood of the people, the basic principles of ethics and so on, a series of theoretical issues could be addressed through the people’s livelihood system of ethics that need to be built.
