    Abstract:

    The basic approach of achieving the education equity is to solve the lack of institutional plan This article explores the current problems and reasons of the educational equity, describes the importance of the social significance and institutional plan of the education fair On the basis of international experience, it proposes the coordination education between the urban and the rural, fair system of various recruitments, the system and specification of equal treatment of students and allocation mechanism for quality education resource
