    Abstract:

Rich and profound ecological ethics exists in both Confucianism and Taoism because of the commonality of their fundamental concepts and thinking way. Equal ethics between human and nature are deducted from the axiology which confirms the nature has its own intrinsic values and thus promote the establishment of the behavioral norms that human beings should not do evil to the nature. These ideas and thinking way have an important contemporary significance in properly dealing with the relationship between human and nature.
