    Abstract:

    In The Birth of Tragedy Nietzsche criticizes Euripides’ reform of ancient greek tragedy leads to tragedy’s death,since a long time this view of Nietzsche causes intense polemic among scholars. This study interprets the related parts in The Birth of Tragedy and tries to understand Nietzsche’s view about the tragedy’s death exactly which should constitute the basis of all the polemics.
