    Abstract:

    Information asymmetry must exist among the up and down-trend firms in the E-commerce supply chain, and information asymmetry is likely to cause serious damage to the core enterprises of supply chain In this paper, by comparing the design of linear compact under situation of information symmetry and information asymmetric, the effects what absolute risk aversion degree, output VAR, cost coefficient, ability level and market prosperity level etc do to the core enterprises have been analyzed And it can provide the core enterprises a theoretical basis of how to inspirit upstream suppliers
