    Abstract:

Nozick's minimal states theory is forceful response for the new liberalism after world war two. The justice of state is based on laissez-faire;put the rights first in order to realize the liberalism;combination of good and value—new utopian is the main content of minimal states theory. Nozick's minimal state theory is not integrated theory with the same quality of theory, it is a contradiction in logical entity:it is not only has a tendency to utilitarianism, but also has the view of antiutilitarism;not only has the tendency of extreme liberalism, but also has the view of egalitarianism;not only has the realistic view, but also has the Utopian tendency. Understanding the meaning of the Nozick minimal states theory has an important reference value for China's construction of the service-oriented government.
