Abstract:After Beijing Olympic Games, all major cities in China gradually lifted the undertaking large-scale sports event's climax.The emergence of the intensive sports events has its historical inevitability. This article analyze from three aspects. First is China's national conditions. The second is the characteristics of China's transitional period. The third is from the culture and customs that sports play a festival insufficient dispensing effect. This paper also gives some specific discussion on that intensively holding large-scale sports events can bring negative effect. From the "thriftily will" principle, this paper puts forward some practical advice.
