    Abstract:

    It is a new exploration to establish the innovative talents personnel training “Special Zone” for many domestic universities ’ undergraduate training system reform. This study takes the Yuanpei college of Peking University, Zhiyuan college of Shanghai JiaoTong University and Hongshen school of Chongqing university as the objects, and systematically collects, collates and analyzes their respective website information, assisted by some interviews of teachers and students exchange. The results show that they have adopted the international talent cultivation mode including the first class university ’s advanced practices of U.S.A. But there also have some problems such as personnel training objectives need to be refined, general and personnel education need to be cohesion, the quality of teachers need to be improved and school characteristics need to be refined. Finally, the paper advises them to further clarify the innovation personnel training goal, enhance the connection between the general and personnel education, strengthen the construction of teachers’ team and further refine the school-running characteristics.
