Abstract:This paper attempts to analyze the statistics of the forth to sixth Outstanding Achievement Award internationally applying and prize winning in Higher Education Scientific Research (Humanities and Social Sciences). It analyzes from perspectives of disciplines, universities, winners education and age, and so on, to reflect the disciplines internationalization and the main strength or characteristics to undertake the task of “going out”. This analysis reveals built-in problems of higher education philosophy and social science research “going out”, and proposes to promote effectively the philosophy and social sciences research “going out” by strengthening guidance to set up Excellent Foreign Language Award in higher education philosophy and social science research, with subject-level-pushing forward pace of “going out” steadily, etc.
