摘要:

在堆焊过程中，合金元素过渡的多少和焊缝质量的好坏是影响堆焊层的成分、组织结构和使用性能的主要因素，它直接决定着工件的使用寿命和贵重合金成分的利用率。本文主要阐述了焊缝成型和合金过渡的影响因素和控制措施。

Abstract:

The quantity of alloys and the quality of weld layers are main factors influencing the chemical ingredient,microstructure and durability of hardfacing deposits,they also directly affect components' service life and alloys' utilization ratio.In this paper,these factors and control measures are analyzed.
