传统的电源规划投资模型的优化目标是投资费用的最小化，在现代电力企业的决策中有其局限性。本文改进了传统的电源规划投资模型，建立了在未来不确定风险下，基于期望净现值最大化的电力投资模型，并在此基础上讨论了等待价值的计算方法。
