摘要:

工业建筑属于广义建筑范畴，适用于其他建筑类型的可持续性设计指导性原则，同样可以指导工业建筑的可持续性设计。通过对依照这些原则进行设计并获得成功的工业建筑进行探讨，总结已有设计经验可得出结论，可持续性设计在工业建筑中是可行的也是必须的。

Abstract:

Within the domain of comprehensive architecture, the general instructive principles for the sustainability design are applicable to that of industrial building. Based on the analysis of excellent precedents, in this paper, some useful experiences are summarized. It is pointed out that the sustainability design is feasible and should be compulsive for industrial building.
