    主要研究了在低温环境下利用CO2空气源热泵进行采暖的可行性。建立了一个静态的CO2空气源热泵的数学模型,并且充分考虑了各组成部件(空气冷却器、蒸发器、压缩机和膨胀阀)的热交换特性。为了验证模型,对一套CO2热泵采暖系统进行了现场测试。通过模拟和实验的对比,分析了进水温度和室外温度对系统特性的影响,然后还分析了引入回热器对系统效率提升的影响。通过上述的分析,在室外温度为-20℃时,系统的COPh可以达到2.25,在低温环境下使用CO2热泵进行采暖是可行的; 引入回热器使系统效率提升5%左右。

    Abstract:

    The use of CO2 air-source heat pump for heating feasibility in low temperature was analyzed. A static simulation model for the CO2 heat pump was developed, and component models of the gas cooler, evaporator, compressor and expansion valve were constructed with careful consideration of the heat transfer performances. To validate the simulation model, experiments were carried out with an actual CO2 heat pump system for heating. By comparing the simulated and experimental data, the effects of the inlet water temperature and outside air temperature on the characteristics of the system were discussed. Furthermore, an analysis on the effect of a recuperator on the performance of the system was analyzed. It is shown that when the outside temperature is -20℃, the COPh is 2.25, which indicates that this system works well in low temperature, and the efficiency of system COPh is improved by 5% when recuperator is used.
