    摘要:

    现有的公共建筑配电系统中往往是通过直接计量的方式统计某户或某层的总电耗,不能达到对具体住户或楼层各分项电耗的计量工作,而通过电耗拆分算法能够间接计量出各分项电耗值,从而能实时、准确地采集各类电耗数据信息,为相关管理部门在制定建筑节能发展规划和宏观调控政策时提供科学依据。

    Abstract:

    Current electrical distribution system for public buildings generally can collect the total energy consumption for a certain unit or a floor only. However, the amount of energy consumption in different kinds can be calculated by splitting, which may realize dynamic, accurate and prompt collections of industrial regulatory information; the sharing of data resources and should be able to provide scientific foundation while the competent department of construction administration are making development plans of construction energy conservation and policies of macroscopic readjustment and control.
