以煤矸石为原料，经过高温焙烧、酸浸、聚合、熟化等过程制备了高效无机高分子絮凝剂聚合氯化铝铁钙(PAFCC)，通过单因素实验研究了PAFCC制备条件对浊度、COD和UV254去除率的影响。试验表明PAFCC最佳聚合条件为pH=2，聚合温度为60 ℃，聚合时间5 h，在40℃下熟化28 h。混凝结果表明制备的PAFCC对浊度有极好的去除效果，达到95.70%，同时对COD、UV254有一定去除效果，去除率分别达到47.51%、45.98%。炼化废水混凝结果表明，PAFCC对浊度和总磷有较好的去除效果，同时对COD及氨氮有一定去除效果，效果明显优于传统PAC。
Using coal gangue as raw material, high-efficiency inorganic polymer flocculant polyaluminum iron calcium chloride (PAFCC) was prepared through high-temperature roasting, acid precipitation, polymerization, and maturation.
