    摘要:

    利用NF-HF和NF-HS纳滤膜对煤化工废水二级反渗透浓水进行处理,重点考察了其对Cl-与SO42-的分离效果、结垢离子的截留率以及膜抗污染性能。另外,采用STRO(卷式高压反渗透膜)对纳滤产水进行浓缩处理。实验结果表明,NF-HF较NF-HS具有更优的Cl-/SO42-分离效果、钙、镁、硅离子截留效果和抗污染性能。NF-HF对Cl-截留率为3.38~6.03%,对SO42-的截留率91.18~97.16%;对钙镁硅离子的最大截留率分别为90%、80%和40%。连续运行336 h,NF-HF的运行压力从初始32 bar升高至45 bar,膜通量降低11%;但经碱洗后恢复初始膜通量。另外,STRO浓缩处理NF-HF透过液时表现出良好的浓缩效果和脱除COD效果,但其耐污染性能较差。因此,NF-HF+DTRO(碟式高压反渗透)组合工艺具备良好的煤化工废水膜浓缩液进一步分离浓缩的可行性。

    Abstract:

    NF-HF and NF-HS nanofiltration membranes were employed to separate secondary reverse osmosis concentrate from coal-chemical wastewater treatment plant. The separation efficiency of Cl- and SO42-, rejection efficiency of scaling ions and anti-fouling property of the two types membrane were investigated. Space Tube reverse osmosis (STRO) was used to concentrate permeate of NF-HF. The results show that NF-HF membrane has better Cl- and SO42- separation efficiency and scaling ions rejection efficiency than NF-HS membrane, whose rejection efficiency are 3.38~16.03% for Cl-, 91.18~97.16% for SO42-, 90% for Ca2+, 80% for Mg2+ and 40% for SiO2, respectively. Moreover, NF-HF shows excellent antifouling property. The operating pressure rises slowly from 32 bar to 45 bar after running 336 h and the membrane flux is recovery completely after alkaline washing. STRO shows good concentrating effect and COD removal efficiency but poor anti-fouling performance. Therefore, the separation and concentration coal chemical wastewater with of NF-HF-DTRO (Disc high-pressure reverse osmosis) combination process is practicable.
