    竹集成材是一种融入了现代加工技术且强质比高、环保美观的工程复合竹。我国对竹集成材的研究及应用起步较晚,其抗剪性能的研究较为复杂且较少,该文为研究剪跨比对侧压竹集成材梁受剪承载力的影响,以剪跨比为变化参数,设计了剪跨比分别为0.75、1.0、1.5、2.0和2.5的5组(每组3根)竹集成材梁进行四点弯曲试验,研究侧压竹集成材梁在荷载作用下的变形特征、破坏形式及剪跨比的影响规律,探究竹集成材梁抗剪性能的影响因素及其承载能力的计算方法。研究表明,竹集成材梁具有较高的承载力和刚度;其受剪承载力与剪跨比有关;其破坏形式主要为两种,当剪跨比由小到大变化时,竹集成材梁的破坏形式由层间剪切破坏向弯曲破坏变化;当剪跨比小于1.5时,发生层间剪切破坏,而大于等于1.5时,发生弯曲破坏。提出了竹集成材梁的受弯承载力、受剪承载力和弹性变形计算公式,并与实测值进行对比吻合较好。

    Abstract:

    Bamboo composite is a kind of engineering composite bamboo with modern processing technology, high strength and quality ratio, environmental protection and beautiful appearance.For the research and application of bamboo integrated timber in China started late, the shear performance of the research is more complicated and less, in this paper, for the study of shear span ratio on lateral pressure bamboo integrated timber beams is influenced by shear bearing capacity, shear span ratio to change parameters, design the shear span ratio were 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5 of 5 groups (each group 3) bamboo integrated timber beams four-point bending test, the lateral pressure bamboo integrated timber beams under load deformation characteristics, failure forms and the influence law of shear span ratio, to explore the influence factors of bamboo integrated timber beam shear performance and its bearing capacity calculation method.The results show that the bamboo composite beams have higher bearing capacity and stiffness.The shear bearing capacity is related to the shear span ratio.There are two main types of failure modes. When the shear span ratio changes from small to large, the failure modes of bamboo composite beams change from interlaminar shear failure to bending failure.When the shear span ratio is less than 1.5, interlaminar shear failure occurs, while when the shear span ratio is greater than or equal to 1.5, bending failure occurs.The formulas for calculating the flexural bearing capacity, shear bearing capacity and elastic deformation of bamboo composite beams are put forward, which are in good agreement with the measured values.
