    在铁路建设与运维中,由于工程地质条件、自然及施工环境条件等因素影响,路堑高边坡安全一直是铁路工程重点关注的问题。针对铁路路堑高边坡的长期稳定性问题,本文基于边坡安全系数与变形关系、岩土体长期强度与时间关系等,建立了边坡安全系数—剪切变形—时间关系模型,提出了长期稳定安全系数、变形速率幂次值、位限指数等三个路堑高边坡稳定性评价指标,建立了高边坡安全稳定四级预警方案与高边坡安全稳定八级预警方案,明确了不同预警等级下建议采取的应急处理措施。最后,利用实际工程监测数据对铁路路堑高边坡进行稳定性评价,并提出了相应的预警等级和预警方案,为类似工程的长期稳定评价及预警分析提供了参照。

    Abstract:

    In railway construction, operation and maintenance, due to the influence of engineering geological conditions, natural and construction environment conditions and other factors, the safety of high cutting slope is one of the main key concerns of railway engineering. For the long-term stability of railway roadbed slope, this paper based on the slope safety factor and deformation relationship, long-term strength of rock and soil, and time relationship, established the safety factor of slope, shear deformation and time relation model, proposed three cut high slope stability evaluation index, including the long-term stability safety coefficient, the exponential value of deformation rate and the index of limit. Established four-level and eight-level early warning schemes for high slope safety and stability, specified the emergency treatment measures which should be taken under different early warning levels. At last, based on the actual engineering monitoring data, the stability of railway cutting high slope was evaluated and the corresponding warning level and warning scheme were put forward, It can provide reference for the long-term stability evaluation and early warning analysis of similar projects.
