    本文在简单钢管混凝土组合柱中内嵌H型钢,形成新型组合结构柱。为研究新型组合结构的受力性能,拟对其进行纯弯、压弯、压扭、压弯扭四个工况的试验研究。试验过程中为满足加载需要,设计制作了一套可适用于多工况模拟的加载装置。复杂荷载的加载中,对于有轴压参与的工况,控制轴压比为0.24;对于有扭弯的工况,控制扭弯比为0.34。通过对4个试件的加载试验,分析其扭矩-扭转角滞回曲线、弯矩-位移滞回曲线、扭矩-扭转角骨架、弯矩-位移骨架、力学特征以及刚度退化等指标,对结果和产生机理进行了深入分析,结果表明在复杂荷载作用下,其受力性能良好,并提出了在工程实际中使用这种新型结构的基本建议。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, H-shaped steel is embedded in simple concrete-filled steel tubular composite columns to form a new type of composite structural columns. In order to study the mechanical behavior of the new composite structure, the experimental studies are carried out under four working conditions: pure bending, compression-bending, compression-torsion and compression-bending-torsion. In order to meet the loading needs during the test, a set of loading device suitable for multi-working condition simulation is designed and made. In the loading of complex load, the axial compression ratio is 0.24 for the condition with axial compression, and 0.34 for the condition with torsion. Through the loading tests of four specimens, the indexes such as torque-torsion angle hysteresis curve, moment-displacement hysteresis curve, torque-torsion angle skeleton, moment-displacement skeleton, mechanical characteristics and stiffness degradation are analyzed. the results and mechanism are analyzed in depth, and the results show that the mechanical performance is good under complex loads, and the basic suggestions for using this new structure in engineering practice are put forward.
