    为了对淤泥和建筑垃圾进行处置,并实现二者的共同资源化利用,将建筑垃圾作为骨料并按淤泥的质量比的15%添加到淤泥中,并在现场展开对淤泥的原位固化实验。试验结果表明,当固化剂掺量为8%时,固化淤泥土强度较高,养护28天后的室内无侧限抗压强度可达320kPa;现场原位固化试验中,根据静力触探试验估算土体的承载力特征值为146kPa,平板荷载试验检测土体承载力特征值为190kPa,对淤泥的固化效果明显。低剂量固化剂添加到淤泥中,固化淤泥土强度较低,骨料的架构作用不明显;当固化剂掺量为8%时,固化土的强度较高,骨料的架构作用有利于提升固化淤泥土的承载力,土体的承载力特征值可达325kPa,架构作用对固化淤泥土强度的提升率为71.05%,对固化淤泥的压缩模量提升率为55.02%。

    Abstract:

    To dispose sludge and construction waste, and make their common resource utilization,construction waste was added to the sludge according to 15% of the mass ratio of the sludge as aggregate, and the in-situ solidification experiment of the sludge was carried out in field.?The test results show that when the content of solidified agent is 8%, the strength of solidified sludge is pretty high, and the laboratory unconfined compressive strength of solidified sludge can reach 320kPa after curing for 28 days. The in-situ solidification experiment in field shows that the characteristic value of soil bearing capacity is 149kPa estimated by cone penetration test when the content of solidified agent is 8%. And the characteristic value of soil bearing capacity measured by plate loading test is 190kPa, which has obvious solidified effect on sludge. With low dose solidified agent, the structure effect of aggregate is not obvious. When the content of solidified agent is 8%, the structure effect of aggregate is beneficial to improve the bearing capacity of solidified sludge and the characteristic value of soil bearing capacity can reach 325kPa. The improvement rate of solidified sludge by structure effect is 71.05%, and the compression modulus of solidified sludge is 55.02%.
