    本研究以凹凸棒土(AT)、生物炭(BC)、沸石(ZO)为主要原料复配3种外源多孔钝化剂(EPP),构建鸡粪厌氧消化体系,采用比色法和BCR连续提取法解析消化体系中的有机氮、有机磷和铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)重金属离子(HMs)形态变化进程,探究钝化剂对消化体系中的Cu、Zn钝化和氮、磷转化去除机制。结果表明:添加EPP可缓解厌氧消化过程中的酸抑制作用,添加AT、ZO对吸附转化总氮(TN)和总氨氮(TAN)效果最佳,较对照组提升30.43%、26.30%;添加ZO、AT对总磷(TP)和总磷酸盐(TPS)效果最佳,较对照组提升9.33%、17.74%;3个EPP添加组中可萃取态(WA)和可还原态(RD)的铜、锌含量相较对照组均有所下降,AT组Cu和Zn的WA、RD浓度比对照组低15.97%、6.18%;鸡粪中的N、P、Cu及Zn等物质可在多孔钝化剂(EPP)表面与S、V等元素结合发生矿化作用,溶解性有机质DOM中的含氧羧基和羟基官能团与HMs形成稳定络合物,并通过静电吸附、氢键作用将氨氮和磷酸盐结晶矿化。

    Abstract:

    In this study, attapulgite (AT) biochar (BC) and zeolite (ZO) were used as the main raw materials combined with three kinds of exogenous porous passivators (EPP) to construct the chicken manure anaerobic digestion system. The morphological changes of organic nitrogen, organic phosphorus and copper (Cu), zinc (Zn) heavy metal ions (HMs) in the digestion system were analyzed by colorimetry and BCR continuous extraction method, and the passivation mechanism of Cu, Zn and the transformation and removal mechanism of nitrogen and phosphorus in the digestion system were explored. The results showed that the addition of EPP could alleviate the acid inhibition in the anaerobic digestion process, and the addition of at and ZO had the best effect on the adsorption transformation of total nitrogen (TN) and total ammonia nitrogen (TAN), which increased by 30.43% and 26.30% compared with the control group; The addition of ZO and at had the best effect on total phosphorus (TP) and total phosphate (TPS), which increased by 9.33% and 17.74% compared with the control group; The contents of extractable (WA) and reducible (RD) copper and zinc in the three EPP groups were lower than those in the control group. The concentrations of WA and RD of Cu and Zn in the at group were 15.97% and 6.18% lower than those in the control group; N, P, Cu and Zn in chicken manure can be mineralized on the surface of porous passivator (EPP) by combining with s, V and other elements. The oxygen-containing carboxyl and hydroxyl functional groups in dissolved organic matter DOM form stable complexes with HMS, and ammonia nitrogen and phosphate are crystallized and mineralized by electrostatic adsorption and hydrogen bonding.
