通过我国对外工程承包中的一则实例 ,探讨了不可抗力条款的周密、详尽、无懈可击 ,对日后施工过程中的索赔与反索赔及其它纠纷处理中的决定性作用

Abstract:

Through the example of undertaking contracted projects abroad, this paper inquires into the decisive role of force majeure terms performance for later claim indemnity and opposite claim indemnity in engineering.
