摘要:

通过对当前招投标工作中存在的问题的分析，主张从法律、法规的建设，执行、标底的管理，评标、决标的科学化等多方面完善招投标工作。

Abstract:

Through the analysis of the present problems existing in inviting bids and entering bids work, this paper suggests that inviting tenders and entering bids should be perfected by perfecting the laws and regulations, management of making the price in project and having a scientific way of appraising and determining the price in project.
