讨论了面对有线网的全国大联网以及广电综合业务信息网的建设，如何改造现有的ＣＡＴＶ网络为宽带综合信息网以充分发挥现有的ＣＡＴＶ网络资源的巨大潜力。

Abstract:

Facing the construction of CATV's nationwide network and broadcasting and television comprehensive business information network, the transformation of the present CATV network into a wide band comprehensive network is discussed to fulfill the great potential of the present CATV network.
