摘要:

基于重庆市作为中国西部唯一的中央政府直辖市，同时作为中国“西部大开发”的重要枢纽，准确地把握重庆市的住宅市场发展方向，对于中国“西部大开发”和重庆市的顺利发展有着现实的指导意义。

Abstract:

Chongqing is the sole municipality in the west of China directly under the China central government and it is an important site for the movement of west development. This paper analyzes the present situation of Chongqing housing market and puts forward suggestions for the prospect of Chongqing housing market.
