摘要:

主要介绍目前重庆市政府出台的外商投资优惠政策，并对重庆市的投资优惠政策进行分析和比较，针对住宅产业化的特点提出有益的政策建议，以加快推动重庆市推广住宅产业化的工作。

Abstract:

This article introduces the preferential policies for foreign investment in Chongqing and analyses and compares such policies .Then it puts forward suggestions based on the characters of industrialized housing so as to promote the industrialized housing in Chongqing.
