摘要:

结合中国当前国情分析住宅业的发展趋势，并通过统计数据的分析、预测出五年内住宅必然随着人民收入的提高而成为新的经济增长热点，并针对这一趋势为当今住宅业的发展提供了一些建议和意见。

Abstract:

Based on the present conditions of China, this paper analyzes the developing trend of housing industry. Through the statistical figures, it anticipates that the housing industry will become the new hot spot with the increase of people's revenue. Moreover, some advice on the development of the housing industry is provided in order to adapt to the trend.
