摘要:

中小企业融资难问题已成为我国经济发展中的一大关键性问题，目前在我国资本市场还不发达的前提下，探讨中小企业间接融资对策是比较具有现实意义的。本文力图从改革和改善两个层次，对我国中小企业间接融资提出一些看法和对策。

Abstract:

At present,it is difficult for medium and small enterprises in China to circulate funds. It is a key problem concerning China's economic development. Since the capital market of China still has a long way to go, it is realistic to discuss the indirect finance. This paper studies the indirect finance channels on two levels.
