In this paper, how to apply the pith of the Chinese traditional philosophy to landscape garden design in real estate developing project is discussed with emphasis on applying the harmonious and integrating philosophy idea of "unity of the heaven and human beings" to landscape garden design. At the same time, some problems of landscape garden design in real estate developing project nowadays are analyzed.
