摘要:

运用价值工程的基本原理，对多层H型钢钢结构住宅进行了经济性评价，并与钢筋混凝土结构住宅和砖混结构住宅进行了比较，对我国的钢结构住宅发展具有较重要参考价值。

Abstract:

In this paper, the economical evaluation on the H-Type steel structural system of the multistory house was carried out with the basic principles of value engineering, the results were compared with those of the reinforced concrete system and the brick-concrete structural system. It will play an important role in development of the steel construction housing.
