    摘要:

    将在较低温度与压力条件下动态水热合成的白色水化硅酸钙粉体作为硅橡胶填料,制备通用型硅橡胶复合材料。研究了不同水热合成制度制备的水化硅酸钙粉体性质及水化硅酸钙粉体、碳酸钙、石英矿粉对硅橡胶力学性能的影响,实验结果表明:在120℃±5℃的条件下制备的水化硅酸钙粉体对硅橡胶具有良好的增强性能;除粉体粒径大小外,其表面反应活性也是影响补强作用的重要因素。

    Abstract:

    In the conditions of low temperature and low pressure, the white hydrated calcium silicate powder was produced through the dynamic hydrothermal synthesis technology. Through studying the properties of hydrated calcium silicate powder which is made by different synthesis temperature and the influence of hydrated calcium silicate powder,calcium carbonate and quartz powder on the mechanical properties of silicone rubber, it is found that the hydrated calcium silicate powder which is produced at (120±5)℃ has better performance enhancement. Besides the size of particle, the surface reactivity is also an important factor.
